This year’s theme is “Diversity Means.” All entries are due by October 31st. Please see this flyer for more information. You can also contact Siwei Luo or Lai Min at reflections@skaggspta.org .
Reflections Studies show that students with caring adults as active supporters have higher academic achievements, better attendance and more confidence in their abilities. PTA is a vital vehicle in providing opportunities for schools, families and communities to come together and support students. You demonstrate your clear support for your child’s education when you join PTA. Children benefit when they see their teachers, families and community partnering in their education. As budget cuts have direct effects on our schools and teachers, our PTA will be there to close the gap on funding and support our schools and our teachers.
We need your support. Please complete the membership form sent home with students or download this one. In addition, in lieu of fund raising this year, we are again conducting a check writing campaign to generate money to fund our events. We hope you will help us support our Skaggs students, staff and parents by joining PTA and participating in our check writing campaign.
Please contact Becky Cinclair at membership@skaggspta.org for further information.
